Haluk Kizilay
For more than 30 years, Haluk has built an impressive career that spans everything from tire design & development to strategic planning, marketing and business development, both in Turkey and overseas.
At Bridgestone Turkey, Haluk supported executive and functional level of tire design, production, field evaluation and R&D management. He also engaged in strategic plan developments, competitive intelligence, OEM programs and benchmarking.
Haluk led or was involved in key investment projects and initiatives in preparation for pursuing growth opportunities. Haluk researched and wrote analysis and published reports relating to the domestic and international tire industry.
In 2011, Haluk moved on to Cooper Tire & Rubber (NY: CTB) a leading USA tire manufacturing company. He took wide-range responsibility for Truck & Bus product development as well as Field Engineering & Business Development in China and Europe including new Investments and M&A activities.

During his career, he visited US, China, Japan, Australia, Algeria & all Europe countries and obtained deep market knowledge including competitor performance information.
In Dec.2018, he established TIC-Tire Industry Consulting firm to serve Tire Industry and set the TIC Vision as “to be the Tire Industry’s most relevant Consulting firm delivering result oriented and high quality solutions to customers”.
Haluk is one of the registered researchers of TUBITAK-The Scientific & Technological Research Council of Turkey –and he is also one of the authorized judges of EU Horizon 2020 work program.
